Gatehouse Tavern44-46 Hill Street
Coventry: City Centre
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Quite a unique pub, rebuilt by the landlord from the shell of the former Leigh Mills gatehouse. The pub is very sport-orientated with stained glass windows depicting the rugby six nations. The garden is the largest within the city centre. Serving a changing range of up to seven real ales, it is popular with shoppers and city-centre workers during the day and hosts a mixed crowd in the evenings.
