Set in the heart of Allesley Village on the outskirts of Coventry this 17th Century pub caters for all ages. The single bar area has an adjacent section with flat screen TV to show sporting events. Also, it has a separate lounge/dining room and tucked away by the back door you will find a tiny snug. Just outside to the rear is a small patio area and a garden area beyond the car park. Evidence of the long-gone Rainbow brewery can still be seen on the outside of the old stable block. Also, this must be one of the last pubs in Coventry to still have its original outside toilet facilities. Events are held throughout the year and the pub is a major supporter of the annual Allesley Village Festival in July. Please note car access is narrow both on entry and exit. Also both the front and rear entrances to the pub involve steps.
